Donna Lafaye Two Two-Paul, Age 71, formerly from Ashland, Montana, passed away on July 28, 2018. Donna was born on March 15, 1947 in Forsyth, Montana.Her parents were Thelma Foote and Steve Two Two. She was a graduate of Flandreau Indian School in 1966 and received her BS degree from the Helena City College, University of Montana, in 1987. Donna worked for Job Corp in Curlew, Washington as a computer programmer and a culinary arts instructor for 10 years. She belonged to the Moose and Elks club.
After graduating from Flandreau Indian School, she ventured out west to Los Angeles, California to start Cosmetology School. While attending school she married Lynwood Ewing and had two children. (Steve & Lynette). After completing her schooling she moved back to Ashland, Montana to begin her life. She re-married in 1976 to George Paul Jr. and had two children (Wesley and Johanna). Over the years the family moved 11 times to other towns, cities, and states.
Donna talents were many; one of her specialties was cooking (Fried Chicken, Macaroni and Potatoes Salads) spending time in the garden, and cutting hair for basketball teams, family, and friends. She was an avid bowler in the Helena City and the Colville Bowling League. One of her passions was spending time with her brothers and sisters. (There was a lot of celebrations during this time). She always made it back to the Northern Cheyenne Reservation for family visits. During these times she was like a magnet to all family members. She had many nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.
Donna was a beautician, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and a friend to so many. She was known throughout the Northwest from friends all throughout the country. Donna loved to travel, going out on family picnics, dancing an entertaining big banquets and parties.

Mom lived a simple and conservative life. She didn’t need much to be happy. The love from children was really all she needed. Donna was one of the nicest people you could ever meet. She would give anything she had to help out others. She was a good listener and patient with any circumstance. She had obstacles throughout her life which made her a strong woman. She might have fallen down but always got back up.
Donna is survived by her children: Lynette Ewing-McAuley (Mike), Steven Ewing (Tammy), Wesley Paul (Dawn), and Johanna Paul. Grandchildren: Teegan Ewing, Brookley Ewing, Rusty Ontiveros, Patrick Carter, Brandon Whisler, Ali Whisler, Tyler Whisler, Anna Schmidt, Emily Schmidt, Gavin Paul, Wesley Paul, McKenzie Campbell, Taylor Campbell, Brooklyn Paul, Alexia Hunt-Paul, and Stephen Paul. Great Grandchildren: David Whisler, Trinity Ewing, Max Ewing, Gavin Ewing, and Harper Campbell.
Donna had 13 brothers and sisters. Geraldine Fisher, Mervin (Judy), Vincent (Mary), and Amanda Dillard (Roger). Adopted brother: Albert LaRance. Late: Theresa Two Two, Emil Fraser, Steve Two Two, George Two Two, Raymond Two Two, Calvin Two Two (Linda), and Delores Two Two (Jimmy).
