To Donna’s family; How I loved, Donna, we had a very special bond from the very beginning of my life,;she was the nurse who was at Holy Rosary when I was born and I was named after her. A true testament to how much of an impact she must have had on my Parents. I then was trained by Donna in Labor and Delivery. I will never forget our first delivery together when she hugged me and said “Last time when we were in a delivery together was when you were born!” Her kindmess, understanding, work ethic and love cannot be equalled. She was a very special person in my live and you are all so lucky to have had her in yours. May God wrap his arms around all of you at this time, and may your good memories sustain you. My thoughts and prayers are with each and everyone of you. Donna

Memories of looking forward to spending the night at Aunt Donna and Uncle Johnny’s on the way to ND and on the way back home! Their home was a becon of light on the long trip from Washington to ND. It was always filled with warmth, fantastic food, lots of kids, and tons of love! My Aunt Donna was such a blessing. She made everyone else’s life better by just letting God’s light and love shine through her 🙂 Dios te bendiga tia Donna. Me ama mucho ♡♡♡
Byron & Nancy Stockwell says
So many fond memories of the past, Picnics at the 18 mile Beaver, picking wild Plums, working in the Garden, studying by Kerosene light at the table, when she bandaged my head when I cut it on scoria rock and the folks were gone to the Black Hills on vacation. Early Nurse!! When we were trying to round up some hogs that got out and she was right in the mix of it with a club and tried to hit the hog to get it to turn, missed and hit the dog! We did get the hogs back in the pen. Always helping and ready to give a hand. Love You All Much. Byron & Nancy
