Linda Mae Fahrenbruck, 74 of Billings formerly of Forsyth passed away November 24, 2013. She was born on July 16, 1939 to Alexander and Doris (Kozloski) Fah in Lewistown, MT. Linda attended and graduated from St. Mary’s Catholic School in Lewistown. After high school she moved to Miles City where she worked at the Holy Rosary Hospital. While there, she met Carl Fahrenbruck and they married on October 21, 1957 and settled in Forsyth where they raised their five children.
Linda worked at the Rosebud County Sheriff’s office as a dispatcher where she proudly served over 22 years before retiring. Linda enjoyed attending mass at Immaculate Conception Catholic Parish and she loved flowers and gardening. Christmas was her favorite time of the year and enjoyed decorating her house for the holidays. As an avid sports fan she loved the Denver Broncos, however her true passion was spending time with her children and grandchildren and always enjoyed attending their activities and events.
Linda is survived by Carla (Rick) Hecker of of Sheridan, MT, Tim Fahrenbruck of Billings, MT, Ron (Sherry) Fahrenbruck of Huntley, MT, Christina Shockley of Pittstown, NJ, Vicky (Steve) Maynard of Marshall, IL grandchildren Heather, Shaylin, Kane, Amanda, Emily, Robert Jr., Kevin, Dustin and Kristen, great grandchildren Duncan and Birkleigh and her brother John (Florence) Fah of Deer Lodge, MT.
She is preceded in death by her parents Alexander and Doris and brother Robert Fah.
