Virginia Mitchell, age 77, of Miles City, Montana passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2006 at the Holy Rosary Health Center in Miles City.
Virginia Mitchell was born May 15th, 1928 in Miles City, M.T. and passed away Feb. 1 2006. She was born to Marion Stone and Mary Rothschiller. She attended school in Ekalaka and then moved to Miles City and went to work at Holy Rosary Hospital do in kitchen work. She met her husband George Bell and they married first on April 5th '1951.Her second marriage was with Jack Mitchell on March 21, 1968. She had four children. Mary Bell (preceded in death) and George Bell (preceded in death), Virginia Bell and Charliena Stephenson. She also had her granddaughter Antonia Wallace from Lame Deer MT and two Great grandchildren. She lived with her son George until he passed away in 1999, then she stayed with Mitzi and Joel Abbott, until she went into Shady Lane (assisted living) Home, when she passed away she was living in the Holy Rosary Extended Care Unit. She suffered from congestive heart failure and lung disease
Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 17, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at Stevenson & Sons Funeral Home in Miles City. Interment will follow in the Calvary Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to the family by visitingwww.stevensonandsons.com.
