Wayne Luther, age 68, of Miles City passed away on October 20, 2016 at Friendship Villa in Miles City.
Wayne was born in Providence, Rhode Island. Shortly after his birth Wayne’s parents moved to Miles City, where he would grow up and live for 61 years. Wayne was the child of Ralph and Alice Luther.
Wayne was married to Molly Lenore Rose, whom he met in Miles City. Wayne and Molly had two daughters, Chantel and Misty Luther.
Wayne played baseball for the American Legion for three years. He was a great pitcher. He was also accomplished in tennis, as well as ice skating. He attended Miles City Community College where he studied electronics.
Wayne loved to tell jokes and knew many. He filled our lives with laughter and adventures. He loved to make the people around him smile. We will miss him, but won’t ever forget him.

To Wayne’s girls: I remember when your dad worked as a nurse’s aide out at the County Nursing Home and he would bring you into see the staff. I have good memories of your dad from that time. I would see him around town afterwards. My sympathies are with you and yours. God Bless you all

I remember going out to the fair grounds as a small child with my dad, the county agent. My brother sand I would go get WAYNE since his dad was the care taker ther,e, and run around to explore!!
