Mr. Davis-Adkins, age 34, died on Tuesday, June 5, 2005 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Rock Springs, Wyoming.
Albert Eugene Davis-Adkins was born on November 25, 1970 the son of Francis and Betty (Murray) Davis in Rawlins, Wyoming. As a small child he moved with his family to Riverton, Wyoming. He attended elementary school in Wind River, Wyoming, and Junior High School in Sydney, Montana. He attended high School in Moorcroft and Gillette. In 1989, he graduated from high school in Great Falls, Montana. After graduation he worked for various drilling companies in the Gillette area oilfields, including Cyclone Drilling and was working for SST Energy at the time of his death. On October 29, 1996, Albert married Marlene Ramona Adkins in Gillette. Hobbies Albert enjoyed include: gardening, all types of racing, but mostly dirt track and NASCAR. Mostly Albert loved spending time with his wife and daughters.
Albert is survived by his wife, Marlene; two daughters: Kristien and Stacia, all of the family home in Gillette, Wyoming; parents, Betty and Harold Adkins, Barb and Eric Hofland, and mother in law Virginia Baldwin; three sisters: Rhonda Davis, of Rawlins, Wyoming, Wanda Paridso, of Redding, California and Brinda Tynsky, of Riverton, Wyoming; nine brothers: Steve Adkins, of Shelton, Nebraska, Alan Adkins, of Miller, South Dakota, Francis Hank Adkins, of Danbury, Nebraska, Calvin Hofland, of Newcastle, Wyoming, John Hofland, of Idaho Falls, Idaho, Bradley Hofland, of Missoula, Montana, Jason Hofland, of Great Falls, Montana, Brett Hofland, of Bozeman, Montana and Ryan Hofland, of Great Falls, Montana and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Francis Davis, paternal grandparents, maternal grandparents, and numerous aunts and uncles.
