I met May over 30 years ago at Grace Bible Church. What a special lady. Her love of Jesus shone at all times. Her entrance into heaven must have been glorious. My thoughts and prayers are with all she left behind.
Deb (Moths) Schmeling says
May was a close friend to my grandmother. They had a lot in common. I remember May at church and her yard and garden were always great looking. She always had time to visit. I had a special time with her at Parkview. She loved tomatoes and i would bring some to her to eat. Thanks May for the memories.
Karen Morris says
It’s hard to believe how quickly the time has passed. It seems like only yesterday that we were attending Bible Club at May and Ole’s home, but the reality is that it was half a century ago. May was always so kind in helping to secretly prompt those of us that had difficulty remembering a word or two of the verse we were supposed to have memorized. She was a wonderful role model and her legacy will always live on in all of us that were fortunate enough to know her. Our thoughts and prayers for her family.
Mrs. Williams says
I am so sorry for your loss of Mrs. Anna May Berge. Please know that you are not alone for the Bible tells us that “God is near to those that are broken at heart and those who are crushed in spirit he saves” (Psalms 34:18). Take heart in the scriptures for comfort. Be assured of Gods love during this difficult time of pain.
J Johnson says
Dear family and friends of Anna May Berge – Please be comforted by your beautiful memories of Mrs. Berge and by Bible promises at this difficult time. Be assured that it was not a part of the Creator’s purpose that people suffer and die. Everything made by God was “very good” (Genesis 1:31). Death was introduced by Adam’s disobedience (Romans 5:12). Jesus promised that there will come a time when the dead are resurrected (John 5:28, 29) pain and death will be no more (Revelation 21:4). Faith in Bible promises will ease our pain in the time of this loss. Treasure the many beautiful memories left by Mrs. Berge. Meanwhile we have the opportunity to be further comforted by Bible promises that give us hope (John 17:3).
