Annanelle (Ann to all who knew her) was born February 7, 1916 in Belfield, North Dakota, the daughter of Audman Nunn and Hattie Hoadley Nunn, and named after her grandmothers, Anna and Nelle. She was raised on the Nunn family ranch along the Little Missouri River south of Medora. Annanelle married Harold Ziebarth on September 9, 1935 at Beach, North Dakota. Harold and Ann purchased and operated a small cattle ranch near the homes of both of their families in Golden Valley County, North Dakota until moving to Miles City in 1948. In Miles City Harold and Ann built, owned and operated the Custer Apartments and then the family home next door. In 1959 they acquired, managed, and occasionally operated the Derrick Motel in Glendive until its sale in 1974. After Harold's death in 1990, Ann remarried his first cousin Armin Ziebarth on January 7, 1994. Ann and her best friend and precious love Armin continued to live Miles City and enjoyed traveling and visiting family and friends. Ann was a member of First Methodist Church, and a 50 year member of Chapter K of The PEO Sisterhood in Miles City for which she served as Montana State President from 1979 to 1980. Ann was employed by Garberson Clinic and First National Bank (now US Bank) in Miles City, as well as in various family enterprises.
Survivors include Armin, Anns two sons, Kenneth and Timothy of Colorado, three grand children, five great grand children, and her brother, Bub Nunn of Miles City.

Ann would wish all her family and friends remember her by her favorite saying Count your life by smiles not tears. Count your age by friends not years. Surely based on these thoughts few have lived a fuller or longer life than Ann. She will be missed by all her knew her, especially her dear and loving husband Armin.
Add your thoughts and memories. Upon approval they will be added.
