Interment: will follow at the Fort Kipp Cemetery in Fort Kipp, MT.

Our dear April Lynn Follette - Fast Horse "Miss Minnie" passed away on July 17th, 2010 in Poplar, MT.

April was born April 17th, 1983 to Jackie Follette. She attended pre-school in Helena, MT, then finished out her schooling in the Poplar Schools. On December 28th, 1997 April's first daughter Shantacie Danisha was born. April received her CNA certificate at age 17 and worked as a CNA at the Poplar Nursing Home and Helena area nursing homes until she moved to Poplar in the Spring of 2010. April's second daughter Angel Layla was born July 19th, 2003 & Loralei Jacqueline was born April 11th, 2005.

April married Mathias Fast Horse July of 2007, and out of that union Shya Lynn was born April 10th, 2009. April moved back to Poplar in April 2010 to be near her 4 girls where she resided until her death.

April is survived by maternal grandparents Carmelita Lambert of Poplar MT and Dennis (Flora) Follette Sr. of Helena MT; her mother Jackie Follette; two brothers Christopher Follette and Natron Long Hair of Helena MT; four sisters, Ashley Follette of OK, Heather Follette, Cassandra Follette both of Butte, MT, and Stephanie Long Hair of Helena, MT; an adopted sister Sherry McClammy of Poplar; April had many Aunts and Uncles who loved her very dearly, Darlene (Jason) Drury of Williston ND, Leonard (Cindi) Follette Sr. of Ft. Kipp MT, Verle (Mary) Follette Sr. of Poplar, MT, Darrell (Ida) Follette of Poplar MT, David Follette of Helena, MT, Lisa (Steve) Barr of Wolf Point, MT, Lexie (Jay) Country of Helena, MT, Neil (Lydia) Follette of Helena, MT; many dear cousins Winona (Phillip) Granbois of Poplar, MT, Leah (John) Black Dog of Ft. Kipp, MT, Christy Follette of Fort Kipp, MT, Jennifer (Terence) Follette of Poplar MT, Andrea (Darryl) Christian of Wolf Point MT, Verle Follette Jr. of Billings MT, Brittany Black Eagle of SD, Mitchelene (Robby) Baldridge of WA, Mitchell Clark Jr. of TX, Calvin Clark of WA, Erin Follette of Poplar MT, Denise Follette of Ft. April is preceded in death by her father Isaac Black Dog; aunt, Denise Follette; grandfather, Robert Lambert; uncle, Dennis Follette Jr.; cousins, Sierra Follette, Anthony "AJ" Follette, and Chelle Follette; and nephew Jake Preston Granbois.

A prayer service will be held 7 p.m. Thursday, July 22, 2010 at the House of Prayer in Poplar, MT. Funeral Services will be held 1 p.m. July 23, 2010 also at the House of Prayer in Poplar, MT. Interment will follow at the Fort Kipp Cemetery in Fort Kipp, MT.Condolences may be sent to the family at www.stevensonandsons.com.
