Darrell & Emma Higgins says
Mimi and family ~ We are so very sorry for your loss. He was a true asset to our community. He gave so much to our community and asked so little in return. He always had a smile and a kind word to say to people when he would see them. His out going ways was a reminder to us that a kind word and a smile was always more pleasant than a frown and grumpiness. May God’s love surround you all today and in the days to come. You are all in our thoughts, hearts and prayers today and in the days to come.
God Bless Each of You

Mimi & family, Sorry to hear that you lost Art, he was a great guy ! My thoughts are with you.
J Johnson says
Dear Family and Friends of Arthur Gallinger – Please be comforted by Bible promises at this difficult time. Continue to dwell on the happy memories and fine qualities that you remember about Mr. Gallinger. Death and suffering was not part of God’s original purpose for mankind. Everything that God created was “very good” (Genesis 1:31). Death came to mankind due to Adam’s sin (Genesis 2:17). Because of Jesus’ ransom sacrifice, hope of everlasting life will be restored and death will be done away with (Revelation 21:4). Faith in these Bible promises and looking forward to the joy of again seeing Arthur Gallinger in perfect conditions hopefully will ease the pain of loss. Meanwhile we have the opportunity to follow Jesus’ instruction to continue to take in Bible knowledge that leads to everlasting life (John 17:3).

Marla Hill McCrocklin says
Dear Gallinger Family,
I was too young to remember Art, however, over the years I have heard many stories
from my brother Melvin Hill about the things he and Art use to do and the fun times they had when Art lived at Fromberg. My mother has mentioned how he would come and stay at our house for several days, was just like another one of us 5 kids. I just felt I needed to acknowledge his passing and send sincere sympathy from the Hill Family, Fromberg, MT. I will share his obituary with family, most of which winter in S. AZ. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Melvin Hill says
Art was my best friend during grade school. One time we got a job to pick apples. By noon we had each earned $2.50. We never went back. We thought we had enough money to last forever.
You could buy a candy bar or bottle of pop for a nickel or go to a show for .15 cents. One time we rode in the back of a pickup to a BB tournament in Laurel. It was a little cool in Feb. Arts’ Dad ran the liquor store in Fromberg and his Mother had a cafe. His Dad would give us the tokens he got at Brownies bar. We would use them to buy a candy bar at Brownies. I remember one time Art was running with a bottle of pop in his back pocket, when it blew the cap off resulting in a gash in his arm. We had lots of good times. I could probably write a book about our times together.
My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Melvin Hill
