Barb was such a special person. My memories of her run way back, but the one that always stands out in my mind is from her days at the Merc with Shayla and Helen. The Merc was always our first stop on our way home from the hospital with each of our five babies. Roger and I couldn’t wait to show them off to your mom and the others. Then, as they got older, every time we would go to the store, your mom would make sure they left with a sucker in hand.
My kids remember har as “the mail lady”. She would make a special effort to talk to each of them if she delivered packages to the door and often we would just wait to see her pickup coming up the road so that they could run out to the mailbox and tell her hello. What a wonderful person she was.
Find comfort in all of your wonderful memories of your mom/grandma. She truest touched the lives of everyone who knew her. ????????
