Betty Carter O'Brien says
So sorry but I do remember meeting Lloyd many years ago at a family reunion at Belle & Dave Carter’s home. About 1942 but it is such a shock to see my same name in the obits. Lloyd was not married when I remember meeting him and I was very young. I was a Carter that grew up in Kinsey and my father’s name was Dan. My grandfather was Leroy and was a brother to Dave, Barnie, and whoever. Again so sorry of you loss and am sure Betty was a very nice and caring person. May she rest in peace.

Betty was my dear mother-in-law for almost 25 years, she was so loving and welcoming to all of the spouses of her children, accepting them as more of her “kids”. She and Lloyd were a huge part of my life and I will miss her terribly. I am so sorry I have to miss her service, the Carter family will remain in my thoughts and prayers. I remember Betty as an avid quilter who made so many beautiful quilts for her children and grandchildren

Ken and Becky Wiser says
Betty always treated us as family and was so proud of her kids and grand kids . She was a good cook and Becky still hasn’t mastered her donuts. We are in Arizona and not able to make the service but we always think of Lloyd and Betty when we are here and all of the desert adventures they told us . She will always be in our memories.
J Johnson says
My sincere condolences to the family of Betty R. Carter – May you find comfort in your loving memories, beautiful pictures and in recalling the many talents of Mrs. Carter. It was not God’s purpose that mankind suffer and die (Romans 5:12). Our loving Creator has promised that pain and death will be eliminated (Revelation 21:4). The paradise conditions that was originally promised for the earth in the Garden of Eden will be fulfilled causing God’s “will being done as in Heaven also upon Earth” (Matthew 6:9, 10). I hope you are comforted by Bible promises of a hopeful future (John 17:3).
Rick & Dee Abbott says

I remember visiting with Betty and Lloyd once in a while when they would be at Ted and Margerites house across the street from me on Brisbin street in Miles City.
I had not seen them since I moved to Kinsey later but knew how they loved to go in an rv traveling like Carters had always done.
You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

May the family find comfort in loving memories, and in knowing that God is “close to those that are broken at heart; and he saves those who are crushed in spirit.” (Psalm 34:18) Our loving Creator, Jehovah God, has promised to soon “swallow up death forever…and wipe the tears from all faces.” (Isaiah 25:8) With deepest sympathy.
