Betty died Wednesday, March 24, 2004 at her home in Gillette, Wyoming of natural causes.
Betty was born on December 19, 1937, in St. Louis, Missouri, the daughter of Gilbert and Myrtle (Fortner) Moss. Betty spent most of her life in Wyoming. She moved from Casper to Gillette in 1991. She worked for the Gillette Abuse Refuge Foundation and later worked for the weigh station for eight years. Betty enjoyed being outdoors where she liked to garden and loved spending time with family, especially her grandkids. Betty will be dearly missed by family and friends.
Betty is survived by two sons: Michael Fogg, of Gillette, Wyoming and Jim Fogg, of Riverton, Wyoming; four daughters: Debra Rakowski, of Evanston, Wyoming, Chris Dahlman, of Colorado, Tracy Downing, of Laramie, Wyoming and Kelly Lombard, of Casper, Wyoming; fourteen grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
