Beverly Ann Lester, age 79, of Miles City passed away on Thursday, April 13, 2006 at the Holy Rosary Health Center in Miles City.
Beverly was born in Racine, Wisconsin, the daughter of Claude and Myrtle Price on October 29, 1926. She attended schools in Union Grove, Wisconsin and graduated from Union Grove High School. Beverly and Michael Lester were married in Union Grove on February 16, 1951 and they remained in Union Grove for a short time before Tacoma then Miles City, MT and in 1976, they returned to Wisconsin where they made their home until 1988 when they moved back to Miles City where they have lived ever since. Through the years, Beverly worked for Sacred Heart School Cafeeteria and testing center. Beverly enjoyed cooking when her heath was good, she enjoyed working in the garden and most of all loved her family and the time they spent together.
Beverly is survived by three sons: Brian (Deb) Lester of Miles City, MT, Mark Lester of Miles City, MT; and Mike (Marietta) Lester of Pocatello, ID, a brother Ken (Betty) Price of Union Grove, WI, and her grandchildren: Justin, Kyle, Kelsey, Shawn, Jason, Kristen, Jarret,Desirae, Danielle and Dylan. Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 17, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at Stevenson & Sons Funeral Home in Miles City, MT. Should friends wish, condolences may be sent to the family by visitingwww.stevensonandsons.com.
