Billy K. Loberg, age 61, died on July 20, 2015 at the McCone County MAF as a result of a tragic work accident.
Billy K. Loberg was born on August 28, 1953 in Glendive, MT the son of Gardner “Red” Loberg and Patricia R. Gertison. Bill was a lifelong resident of Circle. He graduated from Circle High School in 1971. He married Emily Hoskins in March of 1972. They had two children. Kim was born in 1972 and Kory was born in 1976. He worked his entire adult life as a Master Electrician and Plumber in Circle. He owned Loberg Heating and Cooling. He was a jack-of-all-trades. If you needed the city water main repaired, your air conditioner working, your furnace blowing, your faucet running, your toilet unplugged, or even a grave dug, Bill was there……….at his own pace! In 2005, Bill created his “Chicken Ranch” where he would start quite a collection of animals and vehicles over the years.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He had a special ability to sit for hours watching for an elk or waiting for a bite, always proud to prove his patience was the key. He was a quiet man with a big heart for those around him. He was especially proud of his grandchildren.
Over the years, people ask if he would ever move from Circle. He always replied, “I will be the last one here, all I have to do is turn the lights out when I leave.”
Dad, Poppa Bill, Papa Chinsey – you will be missed. Here’s to hoping you find a certain rest and peace. We love you!
He leaves his daughter, Kim (Mike) of Cody, WY and his son Kory (Dyan) of Billings, MT. He also leaves his “Six-Pack” of grandchildren, Allyson (Skyler), Ashley, Austin, Blake, Connor, and Paige and first great-grandchild expected in August. He leaves two brothers, Brian (Jeanne) of Glendale, AZ and Craig of Circle, MT and two sisters, Carol (Stan) of Cortez, CO Vicki (Ken) of Miles City, MT.
He is preceded in death by his parents Gardner “Red” Loberg and Patricia R Gertison.

tammy asay says
God looked around his garden , and found an empty place , he then looked down upon the earth and saw your loving face . he put his arms around you , and lifted you to rest , his garden must be beautiful , ‘cos he always takes the best . he knew that you were suffering , he knew you were in pain , and knew that you would never , get well on earth again . he saw your path was difficult , he closed your tired eyes , he whispered peace be thine, and gave you wings to fly , when we saw you sleeping , so calm and free from pain , we would not wish you back to earth , to suffer once again , you’ve left us precious memories , your love will be our guide , you’ll live on in our hearts , you’re always be at our side . but you didn’t go alone , for part of us went with you , on the day God called you home . thinking of all of you may god bless and keep you close
