Brenda Bernice Dolatta (Welker), age 70, died in her sleep at her home in Fallon, Montana on the morning of November 18, 2020. Her death was caused by lung cancer, which she battled for five years.
Brenda was born in Phoenix, Arizona on January 30, 1950 at 3:00 a.m. in St. Joseph’s Hospital. She was the oldest of five children, born to Norma Rose (Thomas) Cova and James R. Welker.

She attended school in Phoenix and married her husband of 28 years in El Paso, Texas, August 14, 1992. At a younger age, Brenda enjoyed traveling, but in her most recent years, she preferred her life at home.

Brenda is survived by her husband, Mark R. Dolatta, her sisters, Winona (Dale) Thacker and Bonnie (Doyle) Walters, her children, Shannon and Jim Aronhart, Stephanie Stanley, Dora Bays, and Fran and Austin Carney, and seven grandchildren.
