Bryan Arthur Higgins, age 40, passed away on Saturday, July 3, 2004 at his home in Billings.
Bryan was born in Orange, California on October 4, 1963, the son of Royce and Judy (Weimer) Higgins. He moved with his family to Miles City when he was four years old. He attended schools and graduated from Custer County High School. He then attended DeVry Institute in Phoenix, Arizona where he earned his associates degree in Graphic Design and Art. He then began working for the Phoenix Restoration, restoring fine art. He also worked with Graphic Design working with various companies. He went back to school in Phoenix, working towards his bachelors degree. He moved to Billings in 2002 doing community volunteer work.
Bryan loved music, concerts, and had an extensive record, tape and CD collection. He was very creative and was an artist and gave many pieces of his art as gifts. He loved to hike, go to movies at the theater, rearrange, and decorate.
Bryan is survived by his parents: Royce and Judy Higgins of Miles City, MT; a sister, Charlene "Chucky" Higgins of Miles City; a niece, Breanna Higgins of Miles City, MT; two aunts: Paula Rogge and her husband Byron of Miles City, MT; and Billie Lou Ryum and her husband Gary of Glendale, AZ; and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Harold and Charlotte Weimer and Alert Higgins.
