Callahan, you are such a sweet, loving, young man. So much fun to hang out with and a wonderful friend. I wish I had more time with you and I hope you know how much you are loved and will be missed but never forgotten. Prayers to you, your brother and family.

    Callahan,
I believe you now know how many lives you affected with your amazing personality. I only wish you could have felt it while you were here. You always had a big smile and a heart of gold. I just have to say…..well done, good and faithful servant.

Cal was a delightful person to have at Miles Community College. I was his academic advisor and one of his instructors, so I had the privilege of getting to know this special young man. He was very open and honest, and he always did his best. He was well liked by his teachers and peers.

I have seen way too many of my former students pass away during my nearly 30 years at the College.

    RIP, Callahan! We’ll miss you.

Callahan, I had so much fun for the time i knew you. I miss you man, i’ll never forget the nights we spent together at the zip. You always knew how to make me smile and laugh. I wish i could go back in time and relive some of those moments. You had such a kind heart, and never have I seen you with a negitive attitude, I cry a lot knowing you’re gone. But I stay positive because i know you’re in a better place. You will always be apart of our squad. I miss you buddy, rest easy.

    Cali,
How many lives you have touched is beyond what many can do. You always talked about your brother and family and how much they meant to you. You never let anyone forget you had a twin brother. Prayers to the family.
Callahan was such a social butterfly. He always welcomed me with a warm hug and ask me, “how’s your day going sis?” And it made my day every time. He was an amazing son, brother, and friend. He placed himself into my heart the first day I met him and I am only one too many. My prayers are for the family and friends and the whole MCC crew. Rest easy buddy. Always in our hearts and never forgotten.

    Coach Cal,
You were the biggest man on campus. You changed every room you walked into. You were a good friend to me and a good friend of the baseball team. It’s still a sureal feeling knowing that you are gone. But I know you’re in a better place. Rest easy coach. Have a few dews on me buddy.

    Cal my man,
You mean a lot to all of us buddy. Unfortunately I only had one year left at MCC when we met so I didn’t get to spend much time around you, but it is souls like you that remind us all what life is all about. I don’t think many of us got to tell you about how largely you effected us. There was never judgement in your eyes or greed in your heart. You reminded us all the of the purity of of human life. God meant for us to treat each other the way that you always treated us. Thank you for your example and being you. I’ll meet you on the baseball field in the sky. Live your new life in peace Coach Cal!

Donna and family – as I read through the comments left on this sight, I couldn’t help thinking of how many he touched – truly one of God’s angels on earth. How truly fortunate he and Austin were to have the love of family that you gave them! Know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.

    Callahan,
U were an awesome coworker/friend. U were always smiling even when u weren’t feeling good and u always knew how to tease everyone. The memories will always be there and u will be missed a lot. I’m so sad that u went at such a young age but I’m glad I got to meet u and work with u.

    R.I.P. buddy.

It was an honor and privilege to call Cal my friend he made my time at Mcc that much more wonderful. He was generous and kind considerate and loving and I couldn’t have asked for a better friend or person in my life. All of us on the baseball team and in the dorms loved Cal and appreciated his kindness and compassion everyday and I never knew how much I would have ended up appreciating the fact that Callahan was one of us and a part of our lives. My prayers and condolences to his family in this tragic time we have truly lost a genuinely amazing person and I’ll always love him for showing me how to treat others, love and live happily regulars less of what goes on in life or around me…you will always be dear to most, missed by many, and loved by all… Rest easy buddy we love you…

I don’t think I ever saw Callahan with a frown in the year I went to school in Scobey. I didn’t know him well, but he seemed like such a kind, happy person that anyone would be lucky to know. He often shot me a smile in the hallway, even though views just a kid from his biology class.
He was truly a great guy!
