Carlot Nellermoe

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 10, 2005 at Stevenson & Sons Funeral Home in Miles City.
Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, June 11, 2005 at 11:00 am at the St. Peters Catholic Church in Wibaux, MT.

Rite of Committal will be held at 2:00pm at the Beach Cemetery in Beach, ND.

Carlot Ovid Lother Nellermoe, age 99, of Miles City formerly of Beach, ND and Glendive, MT, passed away on June 6, 2005 at the Friendship Villa in Miles City, MT.
Carlot was born on July 1, 1905 in Christine, North Dakota to Andrew and Marie Nellermoe. Carlot went to country schools in North Dakota as a young child. The family moved to Trotters, ND, North of Beach, where his family operated the Trotters General Store during the depression. Carlot worked for area ranches and enjoyed being outside. Carlot married Hollace Bishop on October 31, 1935 in Golva, ND and continued working for ranches until he attended Barber School in Fargo, ND. Carlot and Hollace moved to Watford City where he apprenticed until moving to Beach where he operated his own Barber Shop. They moved north of Trotters where he ranched until 1995. He then sold his ranch, and remained living in Wibaux, MT until moving to Glendive. In 1999 he moved to Miles City where he has made his home since.
Carlot loved horses and riding them. He had a passion for pool, baseball, and enjoyed playing on the Beach Baseball team for many years. Carlots family was most important to him. He cherished the time he was able to spend with them especially enjoying his grandchildren.
Carlot is survived by his two sons; Rudolph (Susan) Nellermoe of Cottage Grove, OR, Ron Nellermoe of Alamogordo, NM, two daughters Marilyn (Wes) Allerdings of Glendive, MT and Ramona Tody (Dan) Kukowski of Glendive, MT thirteen grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his wife Hollace in 1985, son Russell in 2000, parents, four brothers and three sisters.
