In Memory Of

Cassius Bullcoming, age 17, of Lame Deer

May 14, 2008 – October 22, 2025

My Brother- you were my constant, my confident, and my friend. You had a way of making life feel lighter, even in the hardest moments. Losing you feels impossible to understand, but I’ll hold to every laugh, every moment, in the stories we tell, and in the way you shaped my heart. I love you, and I always will. A son, brother, grandson, uncle and more forever in our hearts. The sweetest, most humble angel. Never forgotten.
My brother, you were always there,
With your laughter and your kindness.
Though taken from this world too soon,
You left it full of happy memories.

I’ll treasure all the times we had,
The things we did, the things you said.
I carry you with me in my heart,
I can’t believe that we must part.

In life we loved you dearly, and
In death we do the same, my brother
And as we say our last goodbye,
Rest in peace, until we meet again.

Cassius Champ Bull Coming “North Boy”
Came into this world at St. V’s in Billings,Mt. He was born to his mother Irene S. Bull Coming on her birthday (a true gift from God ) he was born fighting to b here he spent his first days in ICU (Irene’s biggest baby) the whole family camped out in the waiting room for Cassius till the hospital released him, Cassius was loved by everyone we have a lot of females in the family and we all looked out for him he was special to us he fought to b here so we appreciate God blessing us with Cassius he was our bubble boy, he was diagnosed with Neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) Cassius was close to his grandparents (Rhoda n Vernon Bull Coming) they had a special bond (he slept with his grandma Rhoda till recently) Cassius was always a wicked gramma boy he wouldn’t leave his Gramma n Grampa for anything, his Grampa Vernon went to BearButte to fast for Cassius after he was diagnosed with Neurofibromatosis 1 n when his Grampa came down from fasting for him his Grampa gave Cassius the Cheyenne name “North Boy” it was an old name from Grampa Vernon’s Grandfather. Cassius was full of life always smiling and happy he loved noodles and Lil Caesar’s pizza and of course pepsi not to mention his video games his nephews were always there playing with him , He attended Lame Deer Elementary School then was switched to home schooling we didn’t want him getting hurt he was our bubble boy we all made sure he was safe , Cassius was to have a difficult surgery at the age of 9 that would of helped his airway the doctors said kids with NF1 didn’t live very long but he went past the time they gave him Cassius was always covered with prayers he was loved by everyone he didn’t have a mean thought to anyone . Cassius comes from a long line of Chiefs he comes from Chief LittleWolf, Chief SpottedElk, Chief Pine, Chief BullComing, WildHog, RedCherries, Cassius never took anything for granted he always greeted everybody with a smile even through his struggles with his health he never complained he was always so happy.
