Choaya Arnold Charles Eagle Boy

Vigil Service: Thursday, October 23, 2003 at 7:00pm at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Poplar

Funeral Service: Friday, October 24, 2003 at 10:00am at the church

Interment: will be at St Anne Cemetery in Poplar MT following the service

Our handsome gentle kindhearted son, brother and uncle went quietly with the Lord, he took his sisters hand, and she eased his pain and took him home quietly while he slept on October 19, 2003.

Choaya was born September 12, 1954 in Poplar MT to Carmelita Eagle Boy. He attended schools in Poplar and Fort Sill, OK, graduating from Sipi Union School in 1977. He joined the Army, did a tour in Germany upon being honorably discharged. He married Jennifer Johnson, later they were divorced and he met Eldora Gerant from this union two sons were born, Charles R. and Ronald Eagle Boy.Choaya enjoyed playing basketball, riding horses and dancing Indian when he was younger. He also enjoyed being with family and friends.

Choaya is survived by his sons Charles and Ronald, his mother of Poplar MT, brothers, Kurt (Clover) of Wolf Point MT, Curtis Bigleggins of Conrad, MT, Richard Bigleggins of Denver CO, Laval Bigleggins of Poplar MT, Terry Eagle Boy of Poplar, Melvin Eagle Boy of Minnesota; sisters, Valeria Comes Last of Wolf Point, MT, Brenda and Veronica Bigleggins of Poplar MT, Doremis Eagle Boy of Poplar, MT,Carmen Eagle Boy of Poplar MT, Angie and Tone Wallowing Bull of Poplar, MT; nephews, Choaya Jay Eagle Boy of Salem OR, and John D. McClammy of Fort Kipp, MT.

Choaya is preceded in death by his father Donald and step father Nelson Eagle Boy his sisters, (Snookie) Angeline Lambert, Carla Olson, Rhonda Bigleggins and Virginia Bigleggins and a brother Percy Lester.
