Funeral Service: Friday, March 21, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Miles City.
Interment: will follow in the Custer County Cemetery.
Christopher James Roberts, age 29, of Billings formerly of Miles City passed away on Thursday, March 13, 2008 after a lifetime of fun, laughter, challenges, and more fun.
Chris was born in Miles City, Montana on May 1, 1978, the son of Glenn Curtis and Joyce Elaine (Bickel) Roberts. He attended grade school and high school in Miles City. Following school he moved to Missouri working for Gerbs Grocery, moving back to Miles City and started a detailing business which he worked at until moving to Billings where he worked for various businesses in the construction field. Chris enjoyed listening to music, fast cars, fishing, animals, and spending time with friends and family. In his spare time he rebuilt computers and his personal cars.
Chris is survived by his mother, Joyce (Mike) Freeman of Miles City, MT; his father, Glenn Curtis Roberts of Battle Mountain, NV; his grandmother, Ruth Patsy Bickel of Miles City, MT; five sisters: Tina (Rick) Holloway of Kapolei, HI; Michele (Dave) Sims of Billings, MT; Pam (Keith) Miller of Miles City, MT; Mary Roberts of Miles City, MT; and Laura Roberts of Miles City, MT; his nieces: Brooke Roberts, Madison and MacKenzie Miller and Elizabeth Stettler; a nephew CoreyStettler and a great niece, Jessica McNeil; an aunt Nancy (Dick) Mitchell of Miles City, MT and numerous other aunts and uncles.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, March 20, 2008 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Stevenson & Sons Funeral Home in Miles City. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 21, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the Seventh-day Adventist Church, 212 N. Stacy, in Miles City. Interment will follow in the Custer County Cemetery.
