Christopher Chris Simon Maes, Jr., age 24, of Miles City passed away on Friday, August 15, 2003 at his home in Miles City.
Chris was born in Nampa, Idaho on February 18, 1979 the son of Christopher Maes Sr. and Pandora (Acree) Millerbernd. He traveled to South Pass City, Wyoming and then to Belgrade. He attended school in Bozeman then moved to Miles City where he worked for area farmers and ranchers. He worked for United Agri Products for the last two months. Chris loved to fish, hunt, and was a good
mechanic.
Chris is survived by his mother and step-father, Pandora and Jim Millerbernd of Miles City, MT; his wife, Carrie Mosansky of Miles City, MT; his son, Christopher Maes III of Miles City, MT; his grandparents: Rose and Eric Erickson of Casper, WY; Ruth and Swede Widmark of Wellton, AZ; and Theadore Acree of Wilder, ID; three sisters: Serena Tilley of Church Hill; Michelle Maes of Miles City, MT; and Golda Richardson of Miles City, MT.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 19, 2003 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the chapel of Stevenson & Sons Funeral Home in Miles City. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 20, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Stevenson & Sons Funeral Home in Miles City. Interment will follow in the Custer County Cemetery.
