Claire Daniels

At Claire’s request, cremation has taken place and burial will be held at Onalaska, WI Cemetery at a later date.

Claire Jane Daniels, age 86 of Forsyth passed away on April 4, 2008 at the Rosebud Health Care Center in Forsyth. Claire was born September 22, 1921 the daughter of Carl and Mabel Dohve in Arcadia, WI. She grew up and attended schools in Onalaska, WI and graduated in 1939. Claire was united in marriage to Donald Daniels on July 6, 1941 in Sparta WI. To this union two children, Brian and Donna, were born. She worked as an Executive Secretary for the city of Onalaska from 1968 to 1983. She was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose in LaCrosse, WI.

Claire was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Mabel Dohve, her husband Donald, her son Brian, her sister Lucile Pischke and her brother Allen Dohve.She is survived by her daughter Donna (Jim) Firestone of Colstrip, MT and her sister Myrtle Imilkowski of Crocker, MO
