Claudine Killsnight, Age 60, of Lame Deer has returned home to be with her creator Maheo. She passed away in Englewood, Colorado on July 18, 2016 at 12:06 PM. Claudine was born along the Rosebud Creek on April 25, 1956 to the late Martin Killsnight Jr and Hazel Whiteman. She was a direct descendant of Chief Little Wolf, a great a noble Chief that led the Northern Cheyenne people back from Oklahoma to our native homeland in Montana.
Claudine attended Ricks College in Rexburg, Idaho and received an Associate’s Degree. She was a caring lady who helped a lot of people. She also enjoyed taking her daughters out on the Pow Wow trail and enjoyed every Pow Wow. Claudine also enjoyed going out for a nice drive in the hills and loved to hunt.
She loved and supported the Morning Stars and was always their Number 1 fan. Claudine loved when it would rain. She loved to do a lot of things such as travel, and she enjoyed many more fun activities – there are too many to name. She loved to shop and go to garage sales to get good deals.
Claudine is survived by Roger Killsnight, Sr. and Mable Killsnight; her grandchildren: Asa Cano-Farmer, Angel Cano-Vejez, Cedar Cree Stump, Spirit Stump, Dejon Killsnight, and Skylei Killsnight brought great love and joy into her life. She is also survived by her children: Alicia, Lupe, Josiah, and Chenona Cano, Julia Stump, and Elena Notafraid; Marvin (Laretha) Killsnight, Naomi (Terry) Killsnight; Koda, Kobe, Lawshawna, Kiauna, Skylynn, Emmanuel Pine, Cheyenne, Amena, Marlee, Mathius, Morning Star, baby Eric, Heather, Angelica, Terrain, Adrian, Eric (Tisha), Delane ( Jodie), Skylei and Dejon Killsnight; Event Lopez & Conzuelo (Joe) and Ezekiel; Nadine; Andrew, Dennis, Durran, Danan, DJ, Derin, Tara; Treisha, Elena, and Elijah and Taraya, Maria, Kiki, Caleb Killsnight, Reginald (Marcel) Killsnight; Reasco, Randall, Brandy, Jeremy (Trudee) and Jaelyn Killsnight.
