Graveside services for Colin K. Hogan will be held on September 2, 2006 at 2 p.m. at the veterans circle in Riverview Cemetery in Circle, MT with Pastor Levi Durfey officiating.
Colin, age 63, died Wednesday, August 23, 2006 at Deaconess Clinic in Billings, MT following a short illness.
He was born June 16, 1943 in Wolf Point, MT to Dennis and Louise (Shriver) Hogan.Colin was raised in the Circle area and attended school there. He joined the Navy and served for 8 years. After serving his country, including a tour in Vietnam, and an honorable discharge from the Navy, he returned home to Circle and married Estella (Lou) Skidmore.Colin spent several years working on water well rigs in Wyoming and California, where he lived until 2004. He returned to Circle and remained there until the time of his death.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lou, his parents, Dennis and Louise Hogan, and sisters, Catherine Hogan and Mary Sue Lingle.Survivors include son James Hogan; grandchildren, Joshua, Amanda Lee, and Christopher Dean; brothers, Calvin (Darlene) Hogan, Denny Hogan, all of Circle; sister, Louella (Jim) Durphy of Big Timber; and several nieces and nephews
