Connie Jean Wilson, age 76, of Miles City passed away on Tuesday, October 19, 2010 at Holy Rosary Extended Care in Miles City.
Connie was born in Laurel, Montana on March 27, 1934, the daughter of Casey and Alice (Hammer) Kass. She grew up and attended grade school and graduated from Laurel High School. Following her schooling, she worked for her family at Owls Cafe. She married Malcolm Will Wilson on August 31, 1957 at Laurel. Following their marriage, they moved to Colorado in 1962 and in 1967 they moved to Miles City where they made their home and worked for local businesses. Connie worked for the VA Hospital for over 20 years.
Connie loved to sew, cook, crochet, scrapbook and most of all spend time with her family. They meant the world to her.
Connie is survived by three sons: Daniel Wilson of Shandon, CA; Dave (Wendy) Wilson of Memphis, TN; and Tim Wilson of Miles City, MT; and nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two daughters: Laurie and Linda Wilson, a son Mark Wilson; her husband Malcolm Will Wilson and nine brothers and sister.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 22, 2010 at Stevenson & Sons Funeral Home in Miles City with family receiving friends from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 23, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Stevenson & Sons Funeral Home in Miles City. Interment will follow in the family lot of the Custer County Cemetery in Miles City. Condolences may be made to the family by visiting: www.stevensonandsons.com.
