Interment: Will be held at a later date in Ord, NebraskaCorinne Catheryn Loyd, age 83 of Miles City, Montana, passed away from natural causes on Thursday, June 28 at the Shady Lane Assisted Living home.
Corinne was born on April 13, 1924, to John and Bertha (Meese) Edwards, in North Loup, Nebraska. She attended and graduated from Ord High School in 1942.
She was married to Robert Leonard Klanecky of Ord, Nebraska on June 28, 1948. They lived in the Ord and Grand Island areas of Nebraska, with their four eldest children, before moving to California in 1956. There they had a set of twins in 1959, thus completing their family. Leonard and Corinne were married 24 years until Leonards death in January of 1973. Corinne then met and married Antonio Loyd and helped raise his daughter and two sons. They remained married until his death in 1993. Corinne raised and loved Chihuahuas.She loved to work with crotchet and was very talented. Corinne moved to Miles City, Montana in 2002, where she remained through her final years.
Corinne is survived by 5 of her children. Marilyn Klanecky of Anaconda, Montana, Jean Klanecky of Gerber, California, Martin Klanecky of Saugus, California, Donna Hosner of Red Bluff, California, and Don ( Klanecky) Easy of Santa Clarita, California, along with 9 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 10th 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at the Stevenson and Sons Funeral Homes, 1717 Main Street, Miles City, Montana. Interment will be held at a later date in Ord, Nebraska. Condolences may be sent to the family by visiting www.stevensonandsons.com. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to CNADA of Miles City, Montana and sent to Shady Lane Assisted Living, 1018 Pleasant Street, Miles City, Montana 59301.
