In Memory Of

Cory Morast, age 58, of Terry

February 8, 1964 – September 20, 2022

Cory Morast, a long time Terry resident, passed away on September 20, 2022, of cancer after returning home to the Terry Hospital. He was well known for his daily bicycle ride around Terry.

Cory was born February 8, 1964, to Lorena and Melvin Morast in Circle, MT. He attended Terry schools and lived his entire life in Terry. He was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin & Lorena Morast. He is survived by his sister Wanda (Doug) Bronson, 3 nephews, 2 grandnieces and 2 grandnephews. He is also survived by two aunts, Agnes (Leroy) Luft and Tillie Beckers and many cousins in Montana and North Dakota.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 26th, 2022 at the Presbyterian Church in Terry at 1:00 PM. A reception with light refreshments will follow at the Legion Hall in Terry.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Prairie County Hospital.

    So very sorry. Cory had been our neighbor for a long time. Will miss our brief visits. Very glad that he is no longer suffering.

    So sorry to hear about Cory. I will aways remember our adventures as kids out North, from riding motor cycles and snowmobiles to just hanging out at his mom and dads. Rest in peace friend.

    Cory was one of the first friendly faces we met when we moved to Terry. He of course was riding his bike checking out who was new in town. We then got to know him. Oh the fun including Jaycee activities. Rest in peace Cory.

    So sorry to hear about Cory’s illness and passing. Cory was a well-liked classmate. He was quiet but always friendly, funny and a good friend to all. Rest In Peace, Cory!
