Memorial Service: Saturday, February 14, 2009 at 10:00am at St. Josephs Catholic Church in Hysham, MT

Burial: will follow in the Hysham Cemetery. A luncheon will follow at the Hysham Community Center

Crystal Lynn (Welch) Zent, age 43 of Hysham passed away on Wednesday, February 11, 2009 after fighting a courageous battle with cancer.

Crystal was born on February 5, 1966, the daughter of James Jim and Vicky (Schick) Welch, in Forsyth, Mt. She grew up and attended school in Hysham, MT. Crystal graduated from Hysham High School in 1984, The class with MORE! She was united in marriage to Harold Zent on December 15, 1984 in Hysham. To this union four children were born, Whitnie, Brooke, Matt and Payton. Following her marriage, she helped manage the Jackpot Supper Club in Forsyth. Crystal enjoyed working in the restaurant industry and continued working in restaurants in the Forsyth and Hysham area. Crystal worked for Home Health Care and had her own home decorating and design business. She loved working around people and had a great work ethic.

Crystal was baptized Catholic and was a member of St. Josephs Catholic Church in Hysham. She was always happy to help with fundraisers around town. She especially enjoyed watching her kids play in their sports. Crystal also coached softball and basketball in Forsyth.

She is survived by her husband of 24 years, Harold of Hysham, MT; her children, Whitnie Zent of Billings, Brooke (Wade) Mitchell of Big Horn, MT, Matt Zent and Payton Zent both of Hysham; her parents James and Vicky Welch of Hysham; her brother Jason (Heather) Welch of Ballantine, MT and numerous nieces and newphews.
