Dallas Davidson, age 76, passed away June 2, 2019 in Congress, Arizona. He is survived by his wife Judy, daughter Teresa & husband Jim Blodgett, 2 grandsons: Levi & Cavin Kraiter, 2 granddaughters: Melanie & Miranda and 2 cousins: Phyllis & Virginia.
Dallas was born in Miles City, Montana and raised in the Coalwood area. Then moved to Custer, MT where Dallas finished his schooling. Dallas and Judy were married in 1965. They just had their 54th Anniversary. They worked on many ranches. After the birth of their daughter, Dallas went into road Construction and began his horse shoeing career. He was still shoeing in Arizona. Dallas & Judy spent there winters in Arizona and went back to Miles City for the summer! He made many a friend in Montana and Arizona and was always ready with a helping hand. Dallas helped Stevenson’s & Sons with their teams. He loved to drive those horses & travel with them. I know he would miss a meal just to be able to take care of those beautiful animals. Husband, Father, Grandfather – He will be missed by All! No formal services are planned.

Judy and family,
I was shocked to hear of Dallas’s passing. He trimmed our horses for several years and I always enjoyed his visits. His quick wit and funny side comments were usually good for a chuckle. We often times would swap horse stories and I always liked hearing his stories from the “old days” of cowboying and ranching. Even after he quit trimming for us, whenever I’d run into him we’d have to visit and catch up for a bit. I hadn’t seen him around at all this spring and wondered where he was. Will miss him and his quirky little smile! My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Judy and Family, Oh the memories that flood back, thinking of Dallas!! One of my favorite stories of him is when Munchies (family restaurant) was still open and he would come in for supper, (always a Hamburger), because he would announce to the entire store that, “He didn’t eat anything that eats with its pecker” (chicken) and then laugh loudly as the new waitress would blush from embarrassment!!! I always knew it was coming and would stand back and watch the poor girls reaction!! My heart is so full of sorrow for you and your family, can not fully process it yet. All the years of riding beside him and working cattle, you always learned something working from him.
Prayers to you and all of your family in this time of grief. All of our love and prayers, Leah Miller and family
