Memorial Service: at Stevenson Wilson Funeral Home on Monday, November 14, at 1 pm

Memorial Services for Darrel L. McGlothlin, 59, will be held at Stevenson Wilson Funeral Home on Monday, November 14, at 1 pm. Darrel passed away at Campbell County Memorial Hospital on November 7, 2005 of cardiac arrest.

Darrel was born on January 24, 1946 to Martin Van Buren and Waunita Mae (Sligar) McGlothlin. He was born on the family farm near Purdy, Missouri. After attending schools in Purdy he joined the Navy and served his country in Viet Nam. When his 4 year tour of duty was over, he married and had a son, Darrel Jr., who passed away in October of 1994 in Arkansas. Darrel had lived in Gillette, Wyo. Since 1976. He worked in the oil field, construction and the coal mines as an equipment operator.

Survivors include a sister, Virginia Campbell of Cassville, MO, and nieces and nephews.

Darrel is preceded in death by his parents, his son, Darrel Jr., a sister Peggy Craig and a brother Donald McGlothlin.
