David R. Wageman, age 57, passed away September 15, 2006 at Rosebud Health Care Center.
Mr. Wageman was born November 5, 1948 in Blackfoot, Idaho. He grew up and was educated in Filer, Idaho. Following graduation from high school Dave entered the United States Army on November 26, 1965 serving until November 23, 1968 at which time he was honorably discharged at the rank of sergeant. During his time in the service he earned his degree in welding.
He married Vicky Regina Clark on September 17, 1972 and to this union their two children were born. They later divorced.Dave became a boiler maker and worked at that trade for 32 years out of Local 11 accumulating a total of 51,128.10 hours from 1973 to 2006.He worked throughout the United States but always called Forsyth home. He worked at his chosen trade up until the time he became ill.Dave had a passion for welding, enjoyed fishing and especially enjoyed any time he could spend in the Bob Marshall Wilderness near Glacier National Park.
Mr. Wageman was predeceased by both parents. In addition to six brothers and sisters he is survived by son Jeramy Wageman of Forsyth, daughter Angela Wageman of Forsyth and grandchildren Shane Wageman, Christian Newman and Rachael Pone'ssa.
Memorial services for Mr. Wageman will be held Sunday September 24, 2006 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Stevenson & Sons Funeral Home, Forsyth.
