Deanna Lyndsey Rojas “Eyatobish” Cloud Traveling Across the Sky, was called home to the Supreme Commander on September, 21 2021 with her brother Joel by her side. Her Great Grandma Carrie Driver Brady gave Deanna her Hidatsa indian name. Deanna was born on March 17, 1980 to Clyde C. Brady Jr. and the late Eva Mae Pine Brady in Crow Agency, MT.
Deanna has 7 brothers- Joel Brady, Keith Fox, Roger His Bad Horse, Shane Brady, Blayne Brady, Brodie Brady and Preston Brady. She had 1 sister- Joanie Pease. She had many special sisters as she grew up and they were Vicky Elkshoulder, Sue Capitan, Rhea Russell, Crystal and Starla Shotgunn, Katrina Spang and Jasmine Nieves.
Deanna grew up in the Busby area. At a young age her mother was taken in 1988. Her father was tasked with taking care of her, Joel, Joanie and Keith. She participated in powwow dancing as a jingle dress dancer. Her father would load the kids up in his powwow van and travel the powwow trail.
During the summer months in her early years, she would go with her siblings to Shell Creek to stay with Grandpa Clyde and Grandma Germaine. She enjoyed all the activities that the country had to offer.
Deanna grew up and became close with all of her first cousins on both sides of the family. It didn’t matter if it were in Parshall, Lame Deer, Crow Agency or Colstrip, she had the opportunity to grow special bonds with them. She called each and every one of them brother or sister
She graduated from Colstrip High School in 1998. Deanna enlisted in the United State Marine Corps in January 1999. She served as an Aviation Supply Clerk for just over 7 years. She was stationed in Miramar, California and Okinawa, Japan. During this time she trained Marines as a Primary Marksmanship Instructor on the rifle range.
During her tour of duty, Deanna met Marshall Rojas. They later married and to this union they were blessed with three beautiful children Gabriella, Caleb and Ava.
She served during Operation Iraqi Freedom I. Deanna served as a highly decorated Combat Veteran. Her awards include MARCOR Good Conduct Medal (2nd Award), Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Overseas Ribbon (2nd Award), Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Navy Meritorious Unit Commendation (2nd Award), Presidential Unit Citation-Navy, Meritorious (2nd Award) and Certificate of Commendation Good Conduct.
Deanna was honorably discharged in November 2006. She became a certified Massage Therapist. She was known by many for her massages. Deanna later lived in Hawaii with Marshall. She felt the need to return home to the Northern Cheyenne Reservation. She lived in Wyoming for a brief time and attended college.
Later she divorced and met Michael “Tony” Bearcomesout Jr. They made their home in Colstrip, MT.
Deanna enjoyed listening and dancing to Mexican/Salsa music. If a song she knew came on she was on the dance floor. She enjoyed all types of music but that was her favorite. She would grab you by the arm and make you dance with her. Deanna was well-known for cooking Mexican food as well. When she cooked, there would be no leftovers.
Deanna worked at Healing Hearts in Lame Deer and the Wind River Casino in Riverton, Wyoming.
Deanna made many friends throughout the world. There are too many to list but they know who they are. Everyone knew Deanna because of her gorgeous smile (and teeth as she would brag about) and her laugh.
She will be missed dearly as family and friends move forward. We know that we are merely passing through this world to go on to be with our relatives on the other side. Deanna has reunited with her loving mother Eva after 33 years. We can find comfort knowing this. It is never goodbye but we’ll see you again. We love you Deanna!

She did have a beautiful smile. I had the honor of being one of her buddies in high school in Colstrip. Never a mean bone in her body. I could not believe the news when I seen it. Rest peacefully Deanna, heaven gained another beautiful angel. My deepest condolences to her kids and family.
Christina Marie (Bolanos) Carvalho says
D was my partner in crime, when we were stationed in San Diego. she was my roommate and we would go out salsa dancing and me being the social butterfly, would invite everybody back to our room then I’d pass out and she would have to entertain them until they left. She was my big sister even though I’m technically a few months older than her (that’s because she was so tall). There’s so many memories I cannot forget and will cherish. She was there for me when I lost my mom. I love you always D(miss foxy)

I would like to thank all her friends, family and especially her Marine family, for all the good words, thoughts and prayers for her children. Her children are the ones that are hurt the most. When a loved one has gone on, there is great sadness and our thoughts are not clear. In planning the arrangements and obituary. Things are left out and unsaid. It is not intentional that we left out people and parts of her life.
I would again would like to thank Stevenson and sons for their excellent service.
My Daughter I will miss and love you forever!
Your Dad!
