Deborah Ostby Vincent

Visitation: will be Monday November 29, 2004 from 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the Stevenson Funeral Home Chapel

Funeral Services: will be held 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, November 30, 2004 at the New Life Wesleyan Church in Gillette

Interment: will follow in the Hulett Cemetery in Hulett, WY

Funeral services for Deborah Ostby Vincent, age 51, of Gillette, Wyoming will be held 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, November 30, 2004 at the New Life Wesleyan Church in Gillette with Pastor Martin Crump of the Family Life Church officiating. Interment will follow in the Hulett Cemetery in Hulett, WY. Visitation will be Monday November 29, 2004 from 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the Stevenson Funeral Home Chapel.

Mrs. Vincent died on Friday, November 26, 2004 at the Wyoming Medical Center in Casper of heart complications.

Deborah Fay Ostby was born on May 13, 1953 in Deadwood, S.D. the daughter of Soren and Arvilla (Brovald) Ostby. She was raised and educated in Hulett, WY. Upon her schooling she married Terry Miller in Hulett on July 17, 1971. From this union she had two children: Tammy and Stacy. The couple made their family home in Gillette. Deb devoted her time to her children by staying home with them until the youngest was through school. In the mid 1990s Deb began to work with her sister doing commercial cleaning. In 2000, Deb became employed with the county, cleaning and maintaining at the cam-plex and currently at the courthouse. She married Kip Vincent on August 26, 2001 in Gillette.

Deb enjoyed collecting Angels, spending time with her husband golfing, going to Deadwood and traveling. The couple was looking forward to a trip to Mexico in January. Deb will be missed by the community, her many friends that meant so much to her and her family.

She was survived by: her parents of Spearfish S.D. her husband Kip of Gillette; one daughter, Tammy Pouge of Lander,WY; four grandchildren: Tyson, Samantha, Tristen and Dalton; Five sisters: Janis (Doug) Mallory, of Lead, S.D., Sandy (Claude) Rauch of Gillette, WY, Gayleen (Ron) Raber of Belle Fourche, S.D., Jolleen (Larry) Knapp of Firestone, CO and Dela (Ted) Bears of Hulett, WY; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins and several nieces and nephews. Deb was preceded in death by her grandparents and her daughter Stacy in 1998.
