Funeral: Saturday, March 1, 2008 at 11:00am at the Wesleyan Church in Forsyth, MT.
Burial: will follow in the Forsyth Cemetery.
Deloris B. (Pertuch) Kraus, age 86, of Rosebud, passed away on February 25, 2008 at her home in Rosebud, Montana
Deloris was born October 21, 1921, the daughter of Amos and Evaline (Hagerman) Pertuch in Forsyth, MT. She attended school in Forsyth and graduated from Forsyth High School. On December 20, 1942 she was united in marriage to Edward Kraus in Forsyth. To this union their daughter Doris Ann and son Randall were born. They moved to the Carterville area in 1942 where her husband farmed and she was a homemaker. Deloris was a member of the Lutheran Church in Forsyth and also a member of the Rebecca Lodge. She enjoyed cooking and there was always food available for family and friends that stopped by their house. She liked to watch game shows on TV, working in her garden, trivia, and eating ice-cream with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents Amos and Evaline, her husband Edward and her sister Doris.
Deloris is survived by her children, Doris Ann Kraus of Rosebud and her son Randall D. Kraus and his wife Keri of Rosebud; her grandchildren Jim Mendenhall of Forsyth, Kristy Mendenhall of Miles City, Karriann, Randy, Kami Kraus and Kobe Treible all of Rosebud; great granddaughter Kathy Hamby of Forsyth; her nieces, Kathy Morris and her husband Dwain and their children, Pam Ash and her husband Joe and their children and Marla Snider and her children; and her nephew Bart Kraus and his wife Connie and their children.
