Diane Gayle (Ellison) Henman passed away at the age of 56 on March 10, 2012 at Holy Rosary Hospital.
Diane was born in Cody, WY on January 14, 1956 to Kenneth and Mary Lou Ellison. She moved to Miles City in 1964 with her family where she attended Garfield, Washington and Custer schools. She was the oldest daughter and helped to babysit her younger brothers; Doug, Bret and Steve and younger sister Linda Ellison. Rather than play with dolls she changed real baby diapers and protected her siblings.
She accepted Jesus as her Saviour at an early age and felt He watched over her through her years of rebellion. She often said that her best quotes came from her study of the Bible and the job she considered her most rewarding was helping people as a Certified Nurses´ Aide at Holy Rosary Extended Care. She was a caregiver to many even though she was unable to have children.
She is survived by her brothers; Doug and Steve Ellison, eight nephews and nieces; Scott, Curt, Jason, Mike, Genna, Wes, Wendy and Whitney Ellison.
Diana was preceded in death by her father; Kenneth Ellison, her mother; Mary Ellison, her sister Linda and her brother Bret Ellison as well as her grandmother Alice Ferree who had a great impact on her life. Stevenson & Sons Funeral Home of Miles City are in charge of the arrangements.

Diana was always such a sweet and loving person, not only beautiful on the outside, but inside as well.
We have lots of happy memories of a wonderful little girl who just wanted to be loved and cared for. Hers was always the first Christmas card we recieved & we knew it was time to get busy with the decorations!
We will miss you, Diana.
Love you still…
