Doloris Maxine Stensland, age 74, of Wolf Point, MT passed away due to natural causes on July 7, 2004 in Wolf Point.

Doloris was born July 25, 1929 in Oswego, MT to Russel and Dorothy (Drewey) Slatteslowe. She was involved in many activities including, 4-H, High School Rodeo Board of Directors, Women involved in Farm Economics, First Lutheran Church, Cheerleading Advisor, and Montana Mental Health Association.

Doloris is survived by her husband, John B. Stensland of Wolf Point, two daughters, Jude Stensland and Darcy Stensland Potter, two sons, Jack (Christy) Stensland and Dale Stensland, her grandchildren, Tara Crowley (Mike Mastel), Kari (Mark) Wilson, Andrew Kurokowa, James and Michael Potter, Vandie Rae (Marty) Buckingham, Becky Stensland, J.D. Stensland and Aria Stensland, and her great grandchildren, Dorothy Anne and Burke Mastel, Zacheriah and Alexander Wilson, and Madison Stensland. Honorary daughters and son, Shelley Isle, Andrea Hayes, and Tim Kurokawa.

Memorial Service will be held Sunday, July 11, 2004 at 2:00pm at the First Lutheran Church in Wolf Point MT.
