Dorothy J. (Voorhees) Winhofer, age 95, passed away Wednesday, September 17, 2008 at the McCone County Health Care Center.

Dorothy was born September 19, 1912 to William Voorhess and Alma Pilgrim on the family farm south of Poplar, MT. She attended Poplar High School and attended college in Dillon, MT.

She is survived by her daughter, Dolores (Sherman) Hines of Williston, ND; son, George (Margaret) of Richey, MT; eight grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and several nephews and nieces.
