Funeral Service: 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 30, 2006 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Wolf Point

Interment: will follow at St. Ann's Cemetery, Poplar

Dorrine Marie Cantrell, age 67, of Wolf Point, Montana, passed away on May 26, 2006 at Faith Lutheran Home.

Dorrine was born on July 1, 1938 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Andrew Hanson and Emily Julian. She was raised in Minnesota.

Dorrine moved to Los Angeles, California, at the age of 17. There she met Wayne Jiggs Cantrell and married him in 1957. They moved back to Wolf Point where they lived and raised their 2 children and grandchildren. She worked for L & M Laundry for a while. Dorrine was a dedicated wife and mother. She enjoyed her flowers, gardening, yard work, crocheting, embroidering, and spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her mother, father, son, and husband.

She is survived by her daughter, Denise Cantrell, of Wolf Point, MT, 6 grandchildren, 2 of whom were raised as sons: Fred Cantrell Jr. of Poplar and Jonathan Cantrell of Wolf Point, 8 great-grandchildren, a sister, Sharon (Ron) Case, and a brother, Tom (Bonnie) Julian.

Visitation will be held Monday, May 29, 2006 starting at 4:00 p.m. at Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel with a vigil at 7:00 pm in Wolf Point, MT. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 30, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Wolf Point, MT. Internment will follow at St. Anns Cemetery, Poplar, MT.
