Ed was born June 14, 1926 in Benson, MN. His mother died when he was 6 years old and he was raised by his grandmother, Virginia B. Finch. They moved to Knowlton, MT in 1933. Edsel completed grade school in Knowlton and then they moved to Miles City, MT.

Linda and Richard Meidinger says
Hello Agatha and family. So sorry to hear of the loss of your husband and father.
I worked at the VA when Agatha did for alot of years so know her quite well and
enjoyed listening to her stories of what her and Ed did in there life together. They always had such a beautiful yard in the valley when I would drive by to and from work from Kinsey I always admired that. I really never knew where they moved to when they sold that home.
I know you have wonderful memories and pray that they help you through this tough time. Linda and Richard

My sincere condolences to the family and friends of Edsel O. Harbac – I am sorry to hear of your loss. May you find comfort in many wonderful memories and recalling the many talents of Mr. Harbac at this difficult time. It was the Creator’s purpose that mankind live in perfect conditions, with perfect health, not to suffer and die. God has promised that a time will come when no one will say “I am sick” (Isaiah 33:24). The Bible gives us hope that soon God will end all suffering, pain, and death. (Revelation 21:4) The promise of Paradise, the perfect conditions God originally intended for mankind in the Garden of Eden will be fulfilled including God’s “will being done as in Heaven also upon Earth“ (Matt 6:9, 10). It is hoped that you are comforted by the promises in the Bible. (John 17:3).
