Steve Dutton says
To the Edwin Rogge Family,
Condolences to you in this season of mourning. Edwin was a quiet, gentle individual embodying ambition, skill, motivation, and pleasantries. He lived a full life, yet quietly personified color in the community. He availed himself to many folks since an early age, whether it was a ditch to dig, an elevator to modify, mail to deliver, equipment to repair, or music to dance to. His willingness to “bend a rule” to deliver groceries to the outlying mail patrons was an example of him exhibiting compassion and service, though in reality made his job more difficult.
Edwin lived a legacy to be proud of. He will not be forgotten.
