In Memory Of

Elvan Pee Wee Pasha

Prayer Service: Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. at the Grace Bible Church in Miles City.

Funeral Service: Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at Grace Bible Church in Miles City.

Interment: 3:00 p.m. at the Forsyth Cemetery in Forsyth.

Elvan Lee Pee Wee Pasha, age 66, of Rosebud passed away on Saturday, September 01, 2007 at the Holy Rosary Health Center in Miles City.

Pee Wee was born in Bozeman, Montana on March 3, 1941, the son of Clifford Laverne and Mildred (Puckett) Pasha. He attended schools in Bozeman and graduated from Bozeman Senior High School. He attended Montana State University for a year then Eastern Montana College in Billings. Following his schooling, he worked for Western Ranch Supply in Billings before being drafted into the United States Army. He was in the Signal Corps from 1963 1965 during Vietnam. Following his honorable discharge from the Army, he returned to Billings. Pee Wee and Nancy Patterson were united in marriage on November 27, 1965 at Conrad, Montana. They made their home in Billings until 1968 when they moved to the ranch at Bozeman. They ranched there until 1978 when they moved to Helmville, Montana where they bought a ranch. In 1993, they purchased a ranch at Hathaway where they lived until 2004 when they moved into Rosebud. They remained there until the time of his death.

Pee Wee loved rodeo and in his younger years was a bareback rider and later a team roper. Pee Wee was a rodeo judge for the NRA and also for high school rodeos. He was a member of the Powell County Fair Board and served on the Helmville Elementary School Board. In high school, Pee Wee excelled at wrestling and was a state champion three years in a row. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, being on the ranch and riding on the range with his cattle. Pee Wees grandkids were his pride and joy and he treasured the time he spent with them and his family.

Pee Wee is survived by his wife Nancy Pasha of Rosebud, MT; a son, Larry (Carolyn) Pasha of Anaconda, MT; two daughters: Amy (Brad) Adler of Rosebud, MT; and Tara (Delbert) Moore of Rosebud, MT; a brother, Delbert (Scooter) Pasha of Simms, MT; nine grandchildren:Boe, Wyatt, Barrett and Shay Adler,Rezart Sina, Richard andKellee Pasha and Paige and Cotton Moore; and numerous other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Should friends desire, memorials may be made to the Pasha Family for a scholarship fund to be established in PeeWees name.
