Gary Falcon says
Joe, myself and my wife (past on 6 years ago) ran around together at Northern Montana College in Havre(1969-1970). My sister-in_law was from Hysham, so we were talking about Joe, because I wanted to see if I could find him. She knew of him when she lived in Hysham. When I started to search for him I found out he had past away. My thoughts and prayers to his family.
