Interment: Forsyth Cemetery.
Emily Loran Dumler, age 54, of Forsyth, MT passed away on Saturday, November 20, 2010 at the Sheridan VA Hospital in Sheridan, WY.
Emily was born the daughter of Frank and Catherine (Reed) Compas on June 16, 1956 in
Albuquerque, New Mexico. She grew up and attended schools in Demming, NM. Her family was very active in barrel racing.
She was united in marriage to Terry Dumler on May 26, 1976 in Demming, NM. Together they trained Quarter Horses until moving to Powderville, MT where they ranched. Later, they moved to Sheridan, WY and then moved to Forsyth in 2006, where they made their home.
She was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Catherine Compas.
Emily is survived by her husband Terry of Forsyth, MT; her daughter Bobbie Jo Dumler of Forsyth, MT; her sisters Patsy Mitchel of Tuscan, AZ and Jeanette McGeraty of Arlington, TX; and her brother Paul W. Reed of Pennsylvania.
Stevenson and Sons Funeral Home of Forsyth has been entrusted with these arrangements.
