Goetz, Erica Lynn, age 14 of Idleyld Park, Oregon, passed away on Friday, November 18, 2005 as the result of a tragic ATV accident at Toketee Falls east of Roseburg, Oregon.
She was born March 22, 1991 in Gillette, Wyoming and attended the Paint Brush Grade School and Sage Valley Junior High School in Gillette. She moved to Idleyld Park a year and a half ago and was a freshman at the Glide High School in Glide, Oregon.
Erica was a people person who treasured her friends and family. She was a girl who was true to herself and loved life. She also loved to laugh. Erica enjoyed the outdoors and woodworking. She had been a member of St. Matthews Catholic Church in Gillette as well as the 4H Club. She was deeply loved and will never be forgotten.
Erica leaves her mother, Joyce Donnell *and her husband *Joe of Idleyld Park, her father, Richard Goetz *and his wife, *Dalene* *of Gillette, four sisters, Amanda Goetz of Gillette, Julia Donnell of Idleyld Park, Cindy Donnell of Seattle, Washington and Katie Donnell of Oakland, California, three brothers, Kris and Kody Rathai, both of Gillette and Obie Donnell of Thorton, Colorado. Grandparents, Victor Goetz of Richardson, North Dakota, Rochelle Eichenberger and her husband Russ of Pine Haven, Wyoming and Clif Ritchie of Gillette, also survive her. She was preceded in death by grandparents, Ed and Minnie Mischel, Art and Beulah Donnell and Bernice Goetz.
Memorial donations in Ericas name can be made to Life *Teen* o/o St. Joseph Catholic Church in Roseburg or JYM o/o St. Matthews Catholic Church in Gillette.
