Ethel Lorraine Person, age 77, of Poplar, MT passed away Monday, November 27, 2006 at Poplar Hospital in Poplar, MT of natural causes.
She was born July 25, 1929 in Froid, MT to Lawerance and Helen (McConnel) Price. She attended schools in Tacoma, WA and Poplar, and graduated from Poplar High School.Lorraine was a farm wife and mother. She worked at Poplar High School as a kitchen helper, ticket puncher and cooks assistant. She later retired from the Poplar school.She was a member of Senior Citizens Center and First Presbyterian Church in Poplar.She enjoyed reading, embroidery, sewing, crafts and crossword puzzles.
Lorraine is survived by three daughters, Sharon Black of Aurora, CO, Beth (David) Frederick of Poplar, MT and Meg Person of Helena, MT; two sons, Larry (Teresa) Person of Great Falls, MT and John (Floreene) Person of Poplar, MT; 11 grandchildren; and 34 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl.
Her memorial service is 10 a.m. Thursday, November 30, 2006 at First Presbyterian Church in Poplar.
