Interment: Melstone Cemetery in Melstone

On Sunday February 24, 2008, our mother Grandmother and great Grandmother felt that it was time to join her family that had preceded her in death. Ethelyn Marie Nile was born November 7th 1936 in Forsyth, Mt to Theodore and Carol Nile. She attended grade school at the Howard schoolhouse west of Forsyth MT until she started Forsyth High school in 1949. On November 28th, 1954 she married Charles L. Church in Forsyth. They lived in Big Horn MT until 1956 when they moved to Forsyth to work their own farm. In 1958 they moved to Sanders and farmed until 1968. Melstone was to become her home until moving to Miles City in September, 2007.

Preceding her in death were her parents and her husband. Survivors include her brother Larry (Fran) Nile of Murfreesboro, TN, her four children: Terrylynn Adams of Mount Prospect, IL, Karen (Charles) Adams of Billings, MT, Leslie (Shannon) Church of Miles City, MT, and Stacey (Brent) Baumann of Belgrade. Her Grandchildren: Melissa (James) Saunders, Sidney (Cindy) Adams, James (Amy) Adams, Addie Mae and Beth Adams, John Adams, Stuart (Tricia) Adams, Joshua, Kristen and Hunter Church and Rebecca, Brittnay and Niki Baumann, and seventeen great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services under the direction of Stevenson & Sons Funeral Home of Forsyth will be held 2PM Saturday March 1st in the Faith Lutheran Church of Melstone. Burial will be held in the family lot of the Melstone Cemetery, with a luncheon at the Melstone Community Center after the services.

In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to the American Lung Association.
