Everett (John) Wayne Bear, age 46, of Poplar, MT went into the loving arms of Jesus October 19th, 2007 at his residence in Poplar.

John was born August 31st, 1961 in Los Angeles, California to Leonard Amos Bear and Bertha Bluestone Bear. He moved to Poplar, Montana in 1976 with his family.One of his greatest accomplishments was when he went back to high school for his diploma. He graduated May of 2000, at the age of 39. He was an amateur boxer, a janitor, and a firefighter. He loved to write poems about Jesus and scriptures in his spare time. We miss you very much, John, and we will continue to miss you until we can see you in Heaven.

John is survived by three sisters, Tanya (Abe) Frederick, Bernadine (Arlie) Shields and Debra Bear all of Poplar; one brother, Daniel (Georgia) Bear of Wolf Point; and many nieces and nephews, whom he loved very dearly.

He was preceded in death by his father, Leonard Amos Bear, his mother, Bertha Bluestone Bear and his two brothers, Leonard Julio Bear and Edward Dale Bear.
