Floyd was an outstanding person in every sense of the word. I had him in junior high science at Lame Deer Public School. He was an outstanding student in every way, a very smart, bright and hard working student…..and very respectful to all……I was happy to hear that he got a college degree in geology…..and worked in that field…….after graduation. He was blessed with an outstanding family and parents. If I was there I would be at the service. Never, never will forget Floyd. Of the thousands of students I have had, Floyd still remains one of my most favorite students. May he Rest In Peace and be in His home forever. RIP Floyd Waters.
